Any policies that are presented in these terms and conditions only apply to Patria Watch Co. We do not take any responsibility for the policies of websites, companies or organizations that we link to.

ORDERING

A confirmation will be sent to your email when we have received your order. The order confirmation also serves as proof of purchase and warranty. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for any future contact with our customer service. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to unavailability of stock, typographical or pricing errors. We will contact you in writing by email if we have to cancel your order for the reasons stated above.

At checkout, the customer is responsible for providing all the information necessary to fulfil the order. Patria Watch Co cannot be liable for shipments that are not delivered due to insufficient or faulty information provided by the customer. If for any reason you need help with your order or have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Please contact us directly by email if you have any special customisation requests. We will endeavour to accommodate your request where possible and additional costs may apply depending on the request. Delivery timescales for your watch may change depending on the complexity of the customisation. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duty, taxes and VAT are applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the customer and are payable by the customer to their local authority.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Patria Watch Co ensures our customers’ safety by never storing or transferring any credit card information. Our payment partners have their own standards and methods of securely passing data from and to our website without storing any sensitive information on our website.

All transactions made through our e-commerce are handled by Stripe. Stripe meet the standards of PCI DSS and apply PCI-secured transactions. PCI DSS is a set of 12 strict requirements that all businesses that handle credit or debit card payments must comply with. PRODUCT

The product images and texts displayed on this website describe our products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right for any error. The colours of our products may also differ depending on the device you use. For these reasons, you should consider all pictures as illustrations of our products.

DELIVERY

Watches will be sent fully insured and tracked from our workshop in Switzerland.

LOSS AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

The transport responsibility remains with us until the order has been delivered to the address specified at checkout. Packages lost and damaged during return shipment will therefore fall under the customer’s responsibility.

If products have been damaged during shipping, you are required to contact the carrier and us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For the shortest processing time, please forward us the case number of the carrier’s claim form.

WARRANTY

All watches purchased through our website or from authorized retailers are protected by a standard 5-year warranty.

The warranty protects against all manufacturing defects. Please observe that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or ageing of products.

Damages that occur through any kind of abnormal use, accidents, natural disasters or negligence do not fall under warranty. A product that is damaged through non-observance of our provided directions (e.g., water damage as a result of unclosed crown or pressure higher than 5 ATM), does not fall under warranty either.

In case of manufacturing defects, please email us your order number together with a description of the faults, and our trained technicians will review your request and authorise a return if it is deemed a manufacturing defect. Once we have received the watch, it will be assessed by our technicians, repair or replacement product will be issued where possible if faulty and Patria Watch Co will take full economic responsibility for the return costs if the damages are considered to be covered by warranty. In the event of a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible, Credit card, or other associated transaction fees, unfortunately, cannot be returned.

RETURNS POLICY

For returns concerning manufacturing defects please refer to the warranty section above.

All sales are final.

We don’t offer returns or refunds unless your purchase is defective or has manufacturing defects. Due to every watch that we produce being bespoke and hand built to order, we don’t offer refunds for customers that change their minds or decide that they no longer want the timepiece. Significant costs are involved in manufacturing each watch and unfortunately, we cannot bear those losses. 

NON-PICKED UP ORDERS

Patria Watch Co reserves the right to charge you for all the costs when handling your shipment back to us. The costs will be deducted from your initial payment.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Basic personal information can be collected from our customers when placing an order, signing up for our newsletter and making a watch registration. Personal information such as name, address and phone number is necessary in order to fulfil your order, carry out deliveries and contact you in case of any issues related to your purchase. Patria Watch Co guarantees secure storage of this information, which will not be shared beyond our trusted partners.

We reserve the right to send out newsletters with information regarding new collections and other updates. You can of course unsubscribe at any time by letting us know.

COOKIES

Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your hard drive. Patria Watch Co uses cookies in order to improve and personalize your shopping experience by e.g., saving information about your shopping bag and what products you have viewed.

Cookies are also used for analytical and marketing purposes to keep statistics about our visitors’ demographics, previous purchases and how often they visit our website. The cookies we use do not collect information such as your name, address and payment details and the information cannot be used to track or identify you.
