By using this website and the products and services available through it, one agrees to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time.
Any policies that are presented in these terms and conditions only apply to Patria Watch Co. We do not take any responsibility for the policies of websites, companies or organizations that we link to.
A confirmation will be sent to your email when we have received your order. The order confirmation also serves as proof of purchase and warranty. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for any future contact with our customer service.
At checkout, the customer is responsible for providing all the information necessary to fulfill the order. Patria Watch Co cannot be liable for shipments that are not delivered due to insufficient or faulty information provided by the customer.
If you want to make minor customizations (e.g. changing the color of the straps), please contact us and we will customize your order. Customized products are protected by the same warranty as non-customized.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The shipping is free for all our customers.
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included in the price. Orders outside of the European Union may be subjected to VAT and other fees, such as import duties and taxes. Patria Watch Co can neither predict nor take responsibility for any charges that an order outside of the European Union may be subjected to once it reaches its destination.
Patria Watch Co ensures our customers’ safety by never storing or transferring any credit card information. Our payment partners have their own standards and methods of securely passing data from and to our website without storing any sensitive information on our website.
All transactions made through our e-commerce are handled by PayPal. PayPal meet the standards of PCI DSS and apply PCI-secured transactions. PCI DSS is a set of 12 strict requirements that all businesses who handle credit or debit card payments must comply with. The product images and texts displayed on this website describe our products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right for any error. The colors of our products may also differ depending on the device you use. For these reasons you should consider all pictures as illustrations of our products.
The first 400 pre-ordered watches will ship on the 1st of December 2019 via Worldwide DHL insured delivery, or similar service free of charge to the customer. Delivery is expected to take 48 hours although Patria Watch Co will not be liable for delays as a result of the shipping company.
LOSS AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
The transport responsibility remains with us until the order has been delivered to the address specified at checkout. Packages lost and damaged during return shipment will therefore fall under the customer’s responsibility.
If products have been damaged during shipping, you are required to contact the carrier and us within 48 hours after receiving your order. For the shortest processing time, please forward us the case number of the carriers claim form.
If you have not received your order after 3rd December 2019, you are obligated to contact us.
All watches purchased through our website or from authorized retailers are protected by a standard 2-year warranty.
The warranty protects against all manufacturing defects. Please observe that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of products.
Damages that occur through any kind of abnormal use, accidents, natural disasters or negligence do not fall under warranty. A product that is damaged through non-observance of our provided directions (e.g. water damage as a result of unclosed crown or pressure higher than 5 ATM), does not fall under warranty either.
In case of manufacturing defects, please email us your order number together with a description of the matter. A replacement product will be issued and Patria Watch Co will take full economic responsibility for the return costs if the damages are considered to be covered by warranty.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY
Currently we are only taking pre-orders for limited first edition watches with the first 400 pieces due to ship on December 1st 2019. The deposit amount is shown on the product page. Deposits paid for pre-ordering a watch will be used for manufacturing the watch and are therefore non-refundable. The remaining funds must be paid with 28 days of the desired delivery date. This is to allow time for assembly, testing and delivery. If the remaining funds are not paid by May 29th 2020, the transaction will be cancelled and the deposit will remain with Patria Watch Co.
NON-PICKED UP ORDERS
Patria Watch Co reserves the right to charge you for all the costs when handling your shipment back to us. The costs will be deducted from your initial payment.
Basic personal information can be collected from our customers when placing an order, signing up for our newsletter and making a watch registration. Personal information such as name, address and phone number are necessary in order to fulfill your order, carry out deliveries and contact you in case of any issues related to your purchase. Patria Watch Co guarantees a secure storage of this information, which will not be shared beyond our trusted partners.
We reserve the right to send out newsletters with information regarding new collections and other updates. You can of course unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies are also used in analytical and marketing purposes to keep statistics about our visitors’ demographics, previous purchases and how often they visit our website. The cookies we use do not collect information such as your name, address and payment details and the information cannot be used to track or identify you.
